A warm new website and a donor relationship manager for a community NPO
Homestead Helpers for Benoni (HH4B) is a registered non-profit (NPO 304-528) restoring Homestead Dam and Benoni’s green spaces — clearing invasive water hyacinth, removing alien plants and replanting indigenous vegetation. We built their public website and a custom Donor Relationship Manager (DRM), so they can tell their story, run donation campaigns and keep every donor, volunteer and gift in one place.
Challenge
As a volunteer-run NPO, HH4B needed to look credible to donors and partners and make giving effortless — but supporters, volunteers and donations were scattered across spreadsheets, messages and email, with no easy way to keep track.
Solution
We designed and built a warm, mobile-first website that tells their conservation story and makes donating simple, with focused Hyacinth, Garden and Operations funds. Alongside it we built a custom Donor Relationship Manager — one place to capture donors and volunteers, track donations and campaigns, and stay in touch with the people who power the work.

Results
HH4B now have a home online that matches the heart of their work — easier for donors to trust and give, with a DRM that takes the admin out of fundraising so the team can spend more time on the ground at Homestead Dam.

Homestead Helpers for Benoni (HH4B) is a registered non-profit organisation (NPO 304-528) based in Farrarmere, Benoni. They rehabilitate and protect Homestead Dam and its surrounding public spaces — removing invasive water hyacinth and alien plants, restoring indigenous vegetation, and running community clean-ups and events. Their belief: every pair of hands makes a difference.
