A website, stronger search and a phone system for a Joburg NPO

One Small Act of Kindness (OSAOK) is a Boksburg non-profit that uplifts children, families and displaced men — through a charity nursery school, the Windsor Men’s Shelter and 210+ weekly food parcels. We built their website and now run their SEO, business email and VoIP phone system, so supporters can find them, reach them and give with confidence.

Challenge

OSAOK does life-changing work on donor generosity alone, with no government funding. But supporters struggled to find them online, the inbox was a personal free address, and a single mobile number made it hard to handle the calls that come with running a nursery school, a shelter and a weekly feeding programme.

Solution

We built a warm, mobile-first website that tells their story and makes giving simple, with clear ways to donate and volunteer. Alongside it we run their SEO so new supporters find them in search, set up branded business email, and rolled out a VoIP phone system so every call reaches the right person, wherever they are.

About the Client

One Small Act of Kindness (OSAOK) is a registered Boksburg non-profit, founded by Kelly-Ann Van Der Meer and based in Bordeaux. It runs a charity nursery school (daily meals and early education for 40 children), the Windsor Men’s Shelter (housing, meals and job support for displaced men), and a community programme handing out 210+ food parcels every week — all on the belief that a hand up beats a hand out.
